How to use the chocolate transfer sheet:
1.) The printed chocolate transfer sheet can be inserted into a chocolate mold for making special pre-molded chocolate shapes.
2.) Spread melted chocolate on the printed transfer sheet, the design transfers to the chocolate as it cools and hardens producing a beautiful visual effect.
Things to take care of:
1.) The Sugarinks Chocolate Transfer Sheets should be used with Canon edible ink printer only as Epson and Brother edible printers are unable to grab on to chocolate transfer sheets, thereby unable to feed them through the printer. The reason is because the chocolate transfer sheets are slippery, like a transparency sheet, and Epson or Brother printers are not very efficient at being able to print on slippery sheets of paper.
2.) Best Temperature for your chocolate Transfers:
28°C-33°C (Temperature of Melted Chocolate to be applied to the sheets)
23°C-28°C (Temperature of Workbench)
3.) Chocolate transfer sheets are made with cocoa butter, which can create spots in cold temperatures, especially during very cold winter months. We highly recommend the purchase of one unit of "Keep It Warm" packaging for protection.
Instructions:
1. Store your unused chocolate transfer sheets in a cool dry place.
2. Keep out of direct sunlight.
3. Handle gently - do not stress or bend the sheets.
5. Do not freeze.
