As the beverage needs to be still for the topper to float above it, don’t use ice that might disturb the surface. To maintain its visual orientation, serve the cocktails with straws as it enables to drink the cocktail without disturbing the topper.

The topper is 100% edible and is FDA approved, Kosher, gluten, allergen, and nut free. Hence you don’t have to remove it before drinking as it is left as residue at the bottom of the glass once the drink is finished. However, if you prefer removing it before drinking, use a spoon to get it out.
