The edible frosting/icing sheet can be used by placing the printed sheet on the cake surface and let the moisture from the frosting dissolve the paper, leaving only the edible image on the top. These images are absolutely safe to consume and has no noticeable texture and taste.
These edible frosting sheets are FDA approved and Kosher. They are allergen, nut and gluten free. The main compositions of edible papers are rice, potato, glycerin and other starches. The paper is quite soft and produces vivid and vibrant colors when printed with edible ink.
